Attorney Wendy Lever
Wendy Heaney Lever was born in the seaside town of Sea Isle City, NJ and moved to Atlanta, GA with her family at the age of four.
She graduated with honors from Evans High School where she was in the Beta Club and Spanish Club and lettered in tennis and music. Wendy then went to USC in Columbia, SC where she graduated with Cum laude honors with a BA in English and Criminal Justice. After working in Atlanta and Charlotte for a few years in advertising and marketing, Wendy went to Emory Law School in Atlanta, Georgia where she graduated in 1997.
Ms. Lever has been a practicing attorney in the Augusta area for more than 20 years in the areas of family law, personal injury, bankruptcy, medical and employment law. She has been a certified mediator with the State of Georgia and worked to protect Augusta’s children as a Guardian Ad Litem in the Augusta Judicial Juvenile Courts.
Wendy lives with her husband, two children and 3 rescue bunnies in Columbia County and is actively involved in local animal rescue and protecting battered and abused women and children.
Ms. Lever is admitted to practice in all Superior and Magistrate Courts in Georgia as well as the United States Southern District of Georgia and US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
She is also a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
